About The Buttered Biscuit
Anna and Sam Russell opened The Buttered Biscuit in Fayetteville. It expanded to Bentonville, where there are now two restaurants, and then to Springdale. In May 2024 it opened its first Little Rock location at the Promenade at Chenal, followed by a second in the Heights neighborhood. It's a breakfast-and-lunch restaurant, open early in the morning and closed by mid-afternoon.
